Is there a fee to book you for a public event?
No booking fee for qualifying public events. Our guests purchase their own drinks. All requests are reviewed based on attendance, location, date and logistics.
What kinds of public events do you attend?
Festivals, fairs, markets, sports and tournaments, school gatherings, public celebrations and car meets. Not sure if yours fits? Send us the details and we will take a look.
Does my request hold the date?
No. Event requests do not hold a date until they are approved in writing by our team.

Catering your celebration.
Treat your guests to specialty drinks from our pink coffee trailer. Tell us a few event details and we will create a custom package.
Is there a minimum for private catering?
Catering packages are tailored to guest count, drink quantity and service time. Tell us a few event details and we will create a custom package.
Can we prepay for a fixed number of drinks?
A prepaid drink package is one of the options we can build around your guest count and service time. We confirm the details in your custom quote.
What is included in a catering booking?
The trailer and crew, your agreed drink selection, the service window and hours, and setup and cleanup as specified in your agreement.

What do you need from the event host?
Trailer access and parking dimensions, operating times, waste and power arrangements, and any vendor rules. The more you tell us in the request, the faster we can review it.
