These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit the Night Roller Coffee website, request our pink trailer for an event, or ask for a catering quote. Night Roller Coffee is a brand of ZB LLC (“Night Roller Coffee”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a mobile coffee trailer serving events and private catering in Colorado.

By using this website or sending us a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

Our Services

We provide mobile coffee service from our pink trailer. There are two ways to book:

• Guest-paid events: festivals, fairs, markets, tournaments, school events and other public gatherings, where attendees buy their own drinks.
• Host-paid catering: weddings, birthdays, employee appreciation, company parties and other private events, where the host pays for an agreed drink package.

Information on this website is for general guidance. Menus, service area and availability can change, and nothing on the website guarantees service on a particular date.

Event Requests (Guests Pay)

We charge no booking fee for qualifying public events, and our guests purchase their own drinks. All requests are reviewed based on attendance, location, date and logistics. We may decline events that are not a good fit.

For some lower-volume or longer-distance events, we may ask for a minimum-sales guarantee or a travel or service fee. We will tell you before the event is approved.

Catering Quote Requests (Host Pays)

Private catering is arranged as a custom package based on your date, guest count, drink quantity and mix, service time and location. Tell us a few event details and we will prepare a quote. A quote request is not a booking.

Requests Are Not Confirmed Bookings

Submitting an event request or catering quote request does not hold a date. A date is reserved only after we confirm it in writing and any deposit or payment stated in your agreement has been received. Until you have our written confirmation, please do not promise the date or our attendance to your guests or attendees.

What We Ask of Event Hosts

To review and plan your event, we ask you to:

• Give us accurate details about the event, including date, hours, location and expected attendance (an estimate is fine).
• Tell us about trailer access and parking dimensions, level ground, gate width, clearance and setup time.
• Tell us what power and waste arrangements are available. We do not promise that our equipment suits every site.
• Let us know about any vendor fees, permits, insurance (COI) or venue rules that apply.
• Tell us about other coffee or beverage vendors at the event.

We confirm power, parking and site access before any event is approved.

Pricing, Deposits and Payments

Final catering prices are not published on this website. Your price, and terms such as any minimum spend, deposit, final payment timing, charges for extra drinks or longer service, taxes, gratuity and travel, are set out in your written quote or agreement and apply to that booking. At guest-paid events, attendees pay for their own drinks at the trailer.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Weather

Cancellation, rescheduling and weather terms are confirmed in your written agreement. If something changes with your event, please contact us as early as you can so we can work out the best option together.

Menu, Allergies and Availability

We serve specialty iced and hot lattes, chai, refreshers, lemonades and other menu favorites. Menus can vary by season and event, and the drinks for a catering booking are the ones agreed in your quote. If you or your guests have allergies or dietary needs, please tell us before the event so we can talk through ingredients.

Online Orders and Merchandise

If you buy merchandise or other items through this website, your purchase is also covered by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Using This Website

You agree to use the website lawfully and for its intended purposes. Please do not:

• submit false or misleading information in a form;
• send spam or use our forms to promote unrelated products or services;
• try to interfere with, overload or break into the website or its security; or
• copy or collect content from the website with automated tools without our permission.

We may block access or decline requests if the website is misused.

Intellectual Property

The Night Roller Coffee name, logo, trailer branding, photos, text and design are owned by us or used with permission. You are welcome to share our pages and social posts, but please do not copy, sell or use our brand or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Photos and Event Media

We may take photos and videos at events where our trailer is serving and share them on this website and our social media channels. See our Privacy Policy for how to ask for an image to be removed.

Third-Party Links and Services

This website may link to or use third-party services such as maps, social media, email, payment or scheduling tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Night Roller Coffee and ZB LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. If you book us, the written agreement for that booking also applies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
